Product Highlights3M Scotch 371 Box Sealing Tape is a BOPP film carton sealing packaging tape. It securely closes a wide variety of box and carton materials, including corrugated fiberboard. Recommended applications include general industrial packaging applications, recycled liner paper and fiberboard, and boxes weighing up to 70 lbs.The moisture-resistant biaxially oriented polypropylene backing of the 3M Scotch 371 resists abrasion, chemicals, and scuffing to hold strong throughout the shipping process. 3M Scotch 371 Box Sealing Tape easily conforms around edges and on rough surfaces to provide a lasting hold.Features include rubber resin adhesive sticks quickly to a variety of materials, resists nicks, abrasions, moisture and scuffing for long-lasting hold, the backing conforms around edges and rough areas for a tight seal, and resists edge tears and splits to help keep contents secure.Carrier/Backing: biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. Adhesive: hot melt synthetic rubber resin. Thickness: 1.8 mils (carrier, adhesive) 1.2 mils (carrier). Adhesion: 40 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel).
